This power unit is designed exclusively for the large lift table, Consistingof high pressure gear pump, AC motor, multi-functional manifold, valves,tank,ect. The lowering movement is actived by the solenoid valve and the speed controlled by the adjustable throttle valve. When the lift rises to a high positoin,but the power supply is cut, the lowering movement is controlled by the manual override function.
Special Notes
1 .This power unit is of S3 duty cycle,which can only workintermittently and repeatedly, i.e., 1 minute on and 9 minutes off.
2. Clean all the hydraulic parts concerned before mounting the power unit.
3. Viscosity of the oil shoud be 15-68 cst.which should also be clean and free of impurities.N46 hydraulic oil is recommended.
4.Oil changing is required after the initial 100 operation hours,afterwards once every 3000 hours.
5.The power unit should be mounted vertically.
