This power unit is designed exclusively for small tipper, consist・ing of high pressure gear pump, DC motor, multi-functional manifold,valves and tank, etc. The hand pump with a displacement of 8cc perstroke works as a backup power souce of lifiting the tipper in case ofpower failure with the lowering movement is activated by the solenoidvalve.

1. The duty of this power unit is S3, i.e., 30 seconds on and 270 seconds off.
2. ਪਾਵਰ ਯੂਨਿਟ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਊਂਟ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਹਾਈਡ੍ਰੌਲਿਕ ਹਿੱਸਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਫ਼ ਕਰੋ।
3. Viscosity of the hydraulic oil shoud be 15-68 cst.which should also be clean and free of impurities.N46 hydraulic oil is recommended.
4. ਪਾਵਰ ਯੂਨਿਟ ਨੂੰ ਖਿਤਿਜੀ ਮਾਊਂਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
5. ਪਾਵਰ ਯੂਨਿਟ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਟੈਂਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੇਲ ਦੇ ਪੱਧਰ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰੋ।
6. ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤੀ 100 ਓਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਘੰਟਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਤੇਲ ਬਦਲਣ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਰ 3000 ਘੰਟਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ।
