YDL-L20 စီးရီးရှေ့ပြေး Hydraulic Directional Control Valves များ

YDL-L20 series pilot hydraulic directional control valves are developed on DL-L20 manual control valves. It changed the control way from manual to pilot hydraulic which improves  the heavy manual control situation. Especially, it can be controlled by remote control with the pilot hydraulic control way. The power beyond function is on the YDL-L15 series, it is able to be connected with other hydraulic valves in series. The features of YDL-L20 pilot hydraulic control valves are compact construction, high working pressure, better working performance, reliable working, remote controlling and etc. Besides that, it realizes to control many working functions by remote control. The valves are widely used on mechanical machines, sanitation machines, mining machines and other machines’ hydraulic systems.

1. အတွင်းစစ်ဆေးမှုအဆို့ရှင်- အဆို့ရှင်ကိုယ်ထည်အတွင်းရှိ စစ်ဆေးသောအဆို့ရှင်သည် ဟိုက်ဒရောလစ်ဆီပြန်မလာကြောင်း အာမခံပါသည်။

2. အတွင်းကယ်ဆယ်ရေးအဆို့ရှင်- အဆို့ရှင်ကိုယ်ထည်အတွင်းရှိ ကယ်ဆယ်ရေးအဆို့ရှင်သည် ဟိုက်ဒရောလစ်စနစ် အလုပ်လုပ်သောဖိအားကို ချိန်ညှိပေးနိုင်သည်။

3. ရေနံနည်းလမ်း- Parallel circuit၊ series circuit နှင့် composite နှစ်ခုလုံးပါရှိသော circuit များကိုကျော်လွန်၍ power ဖြင့်၊

4. ထိန်းချုပ်မှုနည်းလမ်း- pneumatic ထိန်းချုပ်မှု၊ လက်ဖြင့်ထိန်းချုပ်မှု

5. Valve တည်ဆောက်မှု- အပိုင်းတည်ဆောက်မှု၊ 1-10 လီဗာများကို သင်တောင်းဆိုသည့်အတိုင်း တပ်ဆင်နိုင်သည်။

6. Spool လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်- O,A,Y စသဖြင့်။

7. အဆို့ရှင်များ၏ ရွေးချယ်မှုများ- overload valves နှင့် make-up valve များကို valve body ၏ အစွန်းနှစ်ဖက်တွင် တပ်ဆင်နိုင်ပါသည်။
