This power unit is deigned for those dock levellers which need floating ramps with an emer-gency stop function. The ramp will rise when the pump is running.The lip will expend auto・matically when the ramp cylinder finishes its stroke. The ramp cylinder will retract when the pump stops running. An emergency stop will be realized while the solenoid valve is energized. The lowering speed of both the ramp and the lip is adjusted by the throttle valves in the system.

1. This power unit is of S3 duty.ie., which can only work intermit-tently and repeatedly, 1 minute on and 9 minutes off.

2. Pulire tutte le parti idrauliche interessate prima di montare la centralina.

3. Viscosity of the hydraulic oil shoud be 15-68 cst, which should also be clean and free of impurities.N46 hydraulic oil is recommended.

4. Controllare il livello dell'olio nel serbatoio dopo il funzionamento iniziale dell'unità di potenza.

5. Il cambio dell'olio è necessario dopo le prime 100 ore di funzionamento, successivamente una volta ogni 3000 ore.
