This dock leveler power unit simply raised the ramp when the motor is activated and the 3-way,position solenoid valve has got power. When the ramp has reached full extension,the 3-way,2-position solenoid valve is power-lossing.the lip can come out and come back by the 4-way,2-position solenoid valve. The ramp lowered by the motor power-lossing and all of 2 solenoid valves has got power. The low・ered speed control by flow control/check valve.

Special Notes

1 .The Ac motor is of S3 duty cycle.which can only work inter-mittently and repeatedlyj.e.,1 minute on and 9 minutes off.

2. Clean all the hydraulic comp on ents concer ned before installa-tion of the power unit.

3. Viscosity of the oil should be 15-68 cst, and the oil should beclean and free of impurities,N46 hydraulic oil is recommended .

4. Check the oil level in the tank after the initial running of the power unit.

5.Oil changing is required after the initial 100 operation hours, afterwards once ©very 3000 hours.
